I am an egalitarian first and foremost, so I always work collaboratively with clients. Together we will outline a plan tailored to your goals and intentions. This may include building tools and resources needed to embark on a journey of self discovery and enhanced self awareness. We may also explore your behaviors, emotions, thoughts and underlying beliefs. My hope is that by partnering together we may move towards healing past wounds, building self compassion, and work towards inner wellbeing.
