I offer support surrounding plans to enter into expanded states of consciousness, exploring your intentions and hopes traversing in this space. I also help ensure a safe set and setting during a journey, promoting a harm reduction approach when psychedelic medicine is being used. Following an experience in expanded consciousness, we’ll explore sensations, visions, and emotions that surfaced and connecting associations through both talk therapy and other forms of expression, including movement and art. This will allow us to connect your journey to multiple areas of your life including body, mind, spirit, community, and environment. Through this work we will explore avenues that can be acted upon to connect you more to your authentic self and allow for personal evolution.
