I am trained in psychodynamic, internal family systems, Imago, and ketamine assisted psychotherapy. While I may have a degree, you are the expert on you. I endeavor to keep learning and growing beyond my own perspective, especially when doing so feels uncomfortable. Forging a therapeutic partnership that honors who you are, where you have been, your strengths and growth areas, and how you want life to look moving forward is my ultimate goal.
