My therapeutic orientation is primarily cognitive-behavioral, and I practice cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I also have extensive experience in conducting family therapy. Additionally, I have a background in depth psychology and utilize methods that are specifically designed and tailored for each individual. I also provide advocacy services for clients with disabilities in regard to “high stakes testing,” including the ACT, SAT, LSAT, GRE, GMAT, LSAT, and MCAT.
