I strive to create an environment that is open, non-judgmental, and directed by the best interest of client’s in my care, as you are the expert of your own experience. Through our work together, we will strive to identify thought patterns and belief systems that impact how you view yourself in pursuit of cultivating a deeper connection and understanding of yourself! My practice also involves a great deal of parts work, wherein we will identify different parts of yourself and work through the relational dynamics between your self and the various parts of yourself. Ultimately, I provide space for whatever a session calls for.
