At the center of being is a place of stillness, aliveness and otherness. Turning Towards Essence Counselling exists to draw people towards this deep human well by leveraging the empathic imagination. Poems, stories, wisdom traditions, mindfulness practices and creative engagement are used to empower and capacitate people’s unique gifts in spite of their wounds and the blind spots caused by these wounds.
