I have been practicing Somatic Experiencing (SE) for several years. I combine SE with Diane Poole Heeler's DARe (Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning Experience) approach to attachment trauma. I find that these two modalities together are very powerful in resolving both shock and developmental/relational trauma. I incorporate the wisdom about developmental trauma healing of Aline LaPierre from her program NeuroAffective Touch which I have also completed. In addition, I have also been a student of the Diamond Approach at the Ridhwan School in Berkeley since 2009. The Ridhwan School is a body-oriented psychospiritual school that combines psychodynamics with traditional teachings of the East. I offer psychospiritual inquiry. When requested, I use information from Anthony William to help heal PTSD and other symptoms and conditions.
