I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), trauma-informed yoga educator, and mindfulness instructor with over a decade of experience helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and heal from the impacts of trauma. My approach is grounded in Somatic Experiencing, an evidence-based modality that gently supports the body’s innate capacity to process and release stored stress and trauma. For the past 10 years, I have been recognized as one of the most sought-after yoga instructors in my community, known for my dynamic, intelligent, and fluid teaching style.
