Finding the right therapist is an important step in your healing journey. A good fit—someone you feel safe with, seen by, and comfortable being yourself around—can make all the difference. That’s why I intentionally cultivate a grounded, compassionate space where we can explore what’s been weighing on you, at your own pace and in your own way. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, low self-worth, a persistent inner critic, and chronic shame. If you often feel like you're not enough, struggle to trust yourself, or find it hard to quiet that internal voice of self-doubt, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to stay stuck. My approach is integrative and experiential, drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, Internal Family Systems (IFS), IPNB (Interpersonal Neurobiology) and Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF). These body- and parts-based methods help us move beyond just talking about challenges—and into a deeper level of awareness, where lasting change and self-compassion can begin to take root.
