I'm a licensed somatic psychotherapist (LPC) and bodyworker specializing in trauma resolution. I began my training in Somatic Experiencing in 2007, and am one of the few senior Somatic Experiencing therapists in the Richmond, VA area. I also have a training and certification in CranioSacral therapy, The Alexander Technique, and T'ai Chi and Qigong.
