Emily Benson

Thank you for your interest in Somatic Experiencing and my services. I am a certified SE Practitioner and I am passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma. My focus is helping children and adults heal and thrive through a non-directive, gentle approach to healing, including therapeutic touch work if desired. I have advanced training in developmental rupture and repair. I also incorporate Sand Tray therapy to compliment my SE framework. I have trained under somatic touch practitioners Kathy Kain and Steven Terrell and incorporate table work into sessions (if desired).
