Estelle Snelling

Estelle is a Clinical Psychotherapist and trainer with over 25 years’ experience in varied and dynamic roles, delivering trauma informed psychotherapy for clients, as well as staff support/supervision, and training. Estelle is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Neuro-Affective Touch Foundation Graduate, working with the body’s intelligence to resolve trauma, shock and chronic stress. She is a PACFA accredited Clinical Supervisor, holds a Clinical Master’s Degree in Mental Health Sciences, and is trained in EMDR and Flash Technique. Estelle’s initial training was in dual diagnosis inpatient treatment (substance use and complex trauma) and is currently training in Family Constellations work, supporting the healing of the inter-generational transmission trauma through the ancestral lineage. For many years, Estelle has worked in private practice, and alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, travelling this wonderful country from South Australia, to the Gulf of Carpentaria, and throughout Victoria.
