Gillian Demurtas

I am a community based clinical psychotherapist, EMDR practitioner and SEP based in the peninsula of Howth in North County Dublin. As an integrative practitioner I customise the therapeutic process in a collaborative, relational manner with each individual. A fusion of Somatic Experiencing, Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, EMDR, Buddhism and transpersonal energy work are delivered in a creative, authentic and conscious relational field. My work spans a broad range of presentations, some of which are PTSD and CPTSD, developmental and relational trauma, shock trauma, anxiety, depression, life crises, spiritual emergency and stress related issues, such as professional burnout or loss.
