I absolutely adore being in support of other courageous curious people finding their way to healing. I paid a 20 year price of not being connected to my own body before I became an SEP. This work profoundly impacted my life and helped me build bridges to healing and relationships. It is my mission now to give that gift to others. I work with lots of different people with lots of presenting issues, including many creatives. I work in person and via zoom. I am a Stephen Minister, sing with Threshold Choir here & am training in ISP (Integral Somatic Psychology) a beautiful emotional expansion modality that complements SE with fantastic results.
