Kristin Burns

Kristin Burns is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, DARe Practitioner, Somatic Touch Practitioner, BASE Practitioner, Yoga Facilitator, Level 3 IFS Practitioner, Reiki Master/ Teacher and Zen Shiatsu Practitioner. She brings a unique perspective to her work, incorporating 25 years of studying both eastern and western modalities and philosophies. Kristin currently practices psychotherapy, energy work, and bodywork in Oak Park, IL. Along with her psychotherapy practice, Kristin offers trauma and attachment informed consultation and workshops. She works primarily with adults and older adolescents in her private practice. Kristin utilizes a relational, nonjudgmental, body-centered, strengths-based approach in her work.
