Welcome! We all want to feel whole and welcome in our lives, relationships, communities and world. My body- and mindful-based orientation to psychotherapy can help you to come home to yourself and feel more available for the joys and sorrows in your life as well as nourishing relationships. We start with simply connecting and expand mindfully to include awareness of inner and outer resources and strengths. From there we gently and skillfully touch the tender places that need awareness and loving attention for healing. I bring compassionate and attuned awareness to our process as well as many years of honed skill. My work looks different with each client as I collaborate with and invite my clients to be active participants in the therapy process. I am trained in Gestalt, Focusing, Psychodynamic, CBT, Somatic Experiencing. My work is also informed by over 30 years of yoga and meditation.I bring all this to my work in whatever way is best suited to your needs and wishes.
