Here is a little about me: I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, CranioSacral Therapist and instructor. With over 10 years of exerience, I hold space for my clients and witness and support their healing using the modalities I am trained in. Currently, I practice in Osseo, MN at the Twin Cities Natural Care Center as well as remotely via zoom.
