Attachment challenges, self-esteem issues, dissociation, and codependence...these patterns/experiences are often encountered with underlying physiological activation and trauma. I specialize in the treatment of addictive/compulsive behaviors associated with secondary responses to developmental and relational trauma. I offer individual psychotherapy as well as an eclectic model for couple facilitation integrating neuroscience and attachment theory with intra-psychic & interpersonal models for recovery.
