My life's mission is to support people in accessing their innate experience of well-being and activating their ability to heal. I have been supporting folks in healing, personal growth, and transformation for over 15 years, with 10 of those as a coach. I am also an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, a Vishoka Meditation Teacher, and a yoga teacher. I wrote the book A Joyful Pause: 52 Ways to Love Life to help people fill their lives with presence, connection, and the joy of bringing more of their whole self forward every day.
