I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Board Certified Polarity Practitioner. I work with Anxiety in all forms. I treat clients with a combination of SE®, coaching, and education. I have worked with insomnia, depression, chronic pain (TMJD, migraines, neck pain, back pain, carpal tunnel), idiopathic dyskinesia, pain syndromes, stress-related health problems, personal awareness, and self-growth. I can work as an adjunct to traditional psychotherapy/psychiatry providing appropriate touch to assist in the healing of touch-related trauma and psychosomatic pain.
