The focus of my SE work has been helping folks navigate existential identity questions and rebuild the sense of Self. Specialties include working with childhood trauma, spirituality, undoing trauma from systems of oppression, navigating grief and life changes (divorce, loss of job, death), identity, blocked creativity or vitality.
