Ilsa is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Relational Bodywork and Somatic Education Practitioner (BASE-P), First Responder Counselor (CFRC), and Board-Approved Supervisor. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience (DARe), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
