I work as a life coach (training to become a Martha Beck Certified Coach) and a yoga teacher incorporating the wisdom of SE with individuals and groups. Utilizing a combination of SE and the coaching model of Martha Beck (author of Steering By Starlight) I support people as they restore nervous system resiliency and tap into their own wisdom to feel more peace and clarity in their lives. It is a privilege to support people as they heal from overwhelming events and discover new possibilities in their professional and personal lives. I continue to assist in Beginning and Intermediate level SE trainings locally. I welcome questions and offer a free 30 min session to explore whether working together is the right fit.
