I have been a Clinical Therapist for over 40 years working with children, youth, adults, families and groups. Areas of expertise include all types of trauma including birth, child abuse/maltreatment, intergenerational, developmental, complex trauma including suicide/homicide/sudden death, adoption, unplanned pregnancy, mental health and addictions, domestic violence, couple/family, spirituality. I have offices in Halifax and Chester, Nova Scotia. I have two wonderful adult sons and enjoy time in nature going for walks, swimming, kayaking, art, antiques, historic homes, cooking and dining out.
