I am a Licensed therapist through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE), a clinical supervisor and Nationally Board Certified (NBCC). I obtained my Masters of Arts in counseling, with an emphasize on Lifestyle and Wellness from Ottawa University. I have 13 yrs experience with "The McNutts Healing Ministry", in the Phoenix area. I incorporates skill development in: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and assertive communication. I incorporate developing a foundation of Self-Care routine and healing trauma, both developmental trauma and more recent incidents of trauma.
