I am a board-certified OB/GYN who believes in natural family planning and helping woman maximize their reproductive health without the use of hormonal birth control. As a Christian and a father of two teenage daughters I am grounded in my faith and desire to share the knowledge of our bodies innate ability to thrive as it was created to by our Heavenly Father.
