April Douglas

April is the owner of My PT 2 Go, which specializes in Pelvic Floor and Orthopedic Physical Therapy. My PT 2 Go provides visits at your home or office, via telehealth, and in the clinic. She has found that getting to the clinic can be tough, especially postpartum, so she enjoys breaking down as many barriers as possible! April has experience with all levels of health and fitness, from special ops with the military or debilitating pain that prevents activity. She really enjoys using both her Orthopedic and Pelvic Health parts of her brain to treat her patients as a whole person. April loves the outdoors, sports, and getting her patients back to what they enjoy! Currently Adjunct Faculty at the PTA program at Mesa College San Diego and prior at University of St. Augustine. Courses taught: Orthopedics (DPT and PTA), Medical Terminology and Documentation, DCP/Clinical Rotations, Human Movement (Anatomy, Physiology, and Biomechanics), Manipulation of the Pelvis/SIJ
