Ayodele completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University in 2013 with a major in Public Health and a minor in Psychology. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York University in 2016. She is owner of AyoMi Physical Therapy, which translates into “my joy.” Her goal is to encourage movement joyfully and to educate women and men on pelvic wellness. Her passions include addressing pelvic floor dysfunction among the oncology and hematology populations as well as treating women with endometriosis and treating mechanical causes of infertility. Ayodele is passionate about learning and is always taking continuing education courses. Her practice is heavily based on manual therapy, as she is proficient in visceral manipulation techniques with training through The Barral Institute. She is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) with a certification in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS). Her hobbies include hiking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
