Cara Cage

Cara is an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) and certified in the McKenzie method of mechanical diagnosis and treatment (CertMDT) of the spine. She is also a certified lymphedema therapist (CLT). Additionally, Cara has received training in pelvic floor assessment and treatment and pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise.
