Women with pelvic floor dysfunction are often embarrassed and feel very isolated. They are not aware that there are physical therapists trained to treat the pelvic floor musculature. My main focus is to make them feel comfortable and cared for while rehabilitating these conditions. In addition I treat women who have undergone surgeries (including reconstruction) for breast cancer. My goal is to make this a medical appointments where they look forward to coming and leave feeling much better.
