I have been practicing Physical Therapy for 23 years and I have specialized in treating adults with Pelvic Health and Orthopedic needs in the greater Bangor and Ellsworth area of Maine for the last 10 years. I am passionate about treating my clients holistically. I am passionate about healing touch and manual therapy (craniosacral therapy, myofascial release and unwinding, manual lymphatic drainage) and it is a strong component of my treatment approach, as well as education in self-care, therapeutic exercise, neuromusculature re-education and dry needling. My philosophy is to work with my client to facilitate their healing and assist them and achieving their goals and maintaining their health and well being.
