Dr. Melia Perrizo

Melia Perrizo is a physical therapist in South Orange County who specializes in Orthopedics and Women's health with a focus on returning women safely to life and fitness without pain, leaking or dysfunction. She enjoys working with postpartum mothers in helping to heal painful intercourse, pelvic pain, leaking symptoms, diastasis, and low back pain. She incorporates a whole body approach in a one-on-one individualized setting and is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) and uses a combination of manual therapy, visceral mobilization, therapeutic exercises, postural education, breath work, and Pilates.
