I am a women’s health PT specializing in pregnancy and postpartum and provide PT services to women at their homes throughout Orange County, CA and at a clinic in Costa Mesa and Mission Viejo. The most common conditions treated: painful sex, diastasis recti, scar pain/adhesions, urinary incontinence, prolapse, back pain, pelvic pain, pubic bone pain, tailbone pain. I also provide preventative therapies such as labor prep sessions (biofeedback for labor positions and perineal “massage” instruction) and postpartum evaluations.
