Growing up in a mixed generational household and a elderly father, Julie saw what lack of movement can do to you as you age. She wants everyone to experience a wholistic movement exercise that benefits you through all stages of life. Julie is first a student and has been Certified Pilates Instructor 600hr+ since 2017. She enjoys her CEU educations that focus on the pelvic health, prenatal and postnatal exercise as well as education in menopause transition coaching, and optimal health before and after hysterectomy.
