I am a Pre- & Postnatal qualified Personal Trainer, but with a specific focus on postnatal recovery, and recovery of the pelvic floor and core after birth whether that is weeks after birth or years. I am passionate about providing more in-depth support and guidance for postpartum people, and to raise awareness that you can regain confidence and control in your body and its functions. I am also a Level 1 Hypopressives Trainer with the International Hypopressives Council, and love bringing this breath-lead, low impact programme into my clients coaching, with huge results in the alleviation of symptoms associated with prolapse and incontinence.
