I'm an Exercise Scientist specialising in orthopaedic rehabilitation and strength and fitness training. I have used my experience in both fields to create The Postpartum Method - 3 levels of exercise that take women from healing the most common conditions to returning to strength and fitness. The 3 levels of the program can be done in person and online - Level 1 - Core Healing - assessing and treating conditions such as diastasis recti, back pain and bladder leakage Level 2 - Core Ability - understanding how to integrate the deep core and pelvic floor into fitness and strength training Level 3 - Core Performance - a combination of weight training, advanced core work on the Swiss ball and cardio/high impact training : all pelvic floor safe
