I am a 200 hour yoga teacher, 200 hour pregnancy yoga teacher, Mum & Baby Yoga and kids yoga. I own a Pole Fitness studio. I am training as a Personal Trainer to better use my x2 Pregnancy and Post-Natal Coaching Certifications.
