I am an occupational therapist with two decades of experience in a variety of settings. I own and operate a private practice focused on women’s health, pelvic floor dysfunction, myofascial release/pain management and movement therapy, especially for those experiencing life transitions such as perimenopause and menopause. It is my passion to empower women and help them thrive by playing an active role in their own healing process. I guide my clients in achieving a whole new level of awareness and understanding of their own bodies through education, therapeutic touch, movement and gaining confidence in their own abilities. My mission is to use my skills and resources to help women return to a pain free active lifestyle after pelvic floor dysfunction and pain occurs. I am a mother of 2 who has experienced firsthand the benefits of many of the techniques I use in my own practice. Through my own personal and professional experience, I am focused on using only the most effective strategies to help others return to a pain free, active lifestyle after pain and or pelvic floor dysfunction occurs.
