Arrow Physical Therapy was founded by Sam Arrow (They/Them) and is a mobile PT clinic, specializing in comprehensive and inclusive treatment for your musculoskeletal system, specializing in pelvic floor issues. Pelvic floor issues could include (not limited to) pelvic pain, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, low back pain, SI joint pain, and pre/post gender affirming surgeries. Sam has extensive experience in working with people with complicated health histories, multiple comorbidities, neurodivergence and queer identified people. They treat all ages, from pediatrics to adult and all genders, transgender and gender expansive individuals.
