I received my M.S. in occupational therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and have practiced as an OT in a variety of settings. I took my first John Barnes MFR course in 2008 and I knew that was the path I wanted to move towards. I have taken a number of MFR courses since then. I received my massage therapy license in 2019 and have been treating private clients since then. I utilize MFR as well as lymphatic drainage and reiki in my treatment sessions.
