I come from a corporate background and was introduced to TRE® in 2018. I qualified as a TRE® Provider in 2019. TRE® has changed my life and I absolutely believe in what it does for the human body and mind when it comes to dealing with everyday stress to deep trauma. TRE® gives you the tools to work through those every day anyances and stresses and teaches you how to handle it it better and regulate yourself. On a deeper level it helps you get rid of years of trauma held within your body. I am passionate about helping people feel better about themselves and live more healthy and balanced lives. I am currently a practising TRE® Provider and I'm also a licensed HeartMath Coach and practice Craniosacral Therapy. I work with small groups and also one-on-one sessions. I do in-person sessions but can also assist you via Zoom. My practice is situated in Elarduspark in Pretoria East, South Africa, and I strive to create a calm and safe space for my clients, so you can relax, reflect and……………take a breath!
