Ashley Pickard

Hello, my name is Ashley Pickard, and I am a Certified TRE provider living and providing services in Tallahassee, FL. I was certified in TRE in 2017 and have been practicing myself since 2002. I work primarily as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Florida providing telehealth therapy session. I also offer individual and group TRE sessions, locally in Tallahassee and the surrounding cities. My heart's hope is to offer TRE to the Tallahassee community as a way to help cope with the stresses of modern every day life, as well as the stress caused by this trying climate that we as a country and people of the world find ourselves in at this time.
