First and foremost I'm a healer. I have spent many years working in the health and fitness industry both before and after receiving my diploma in Fitness Leadership. Whether I'm working with a personal training client, a life-coaching client, or TRE client, I bring a wealth of professional and personal experience to the table. Personally, I have battled a diagsed "terminal" illness, and against all odds lived to tell about it. I have faced, survived, and beaten addiction and w celebrate years of "clean time". question my life has been a roller-coaster of ups and downs, as life is, and I would t change a single one.
