As an actor living in New York City, TRE has become an important change in my life by releasing built up tensions in the body and freeing up creativity to speak the truth in my work. Always been fascinated by the human condition and continuing to study the connection between mind and body, I am w excited to share the simple technique of TRE with others to help restore balance and peace in their lives and allow them to become who they really are.
