I am a Counselling Psychologist with 30 years' experience in Private Practice. I have been using TRE as part of my psychotherapeutic process since my training in 2022. I am skilled in group therapy and offer group and individual TRE sessions. I also offer regular Yoga and TRE weekend retreats on our farm in the rthwest Province in South Africa.
