I have been a practitioner of structural integration bodywork in Chicago for the past 25 years. In 2004 I founded Integral Bodywork® and I continue to practice and teach this method. My personal background includes 45 years of zen, martial arts and yoga training. In all the years that I have been involved in bodywork and the alternative healing arts, I have never experienced a method, other than Integral Bodywork®, which brings about such predictable deep release of tension, emotional negativity, and trauma as TRE®. The first time I did the exercises I intuitively understood that TRE® is an extremely deep, powerful and effective method for self-healing Yet, it is gentle, painless and n-invasive and can be done by almost anyone in the comfort of their own home.
