Gráinne Flanagan

I studied and worked as a holistic therapist from 2008 in Ireland. After coming to Thailand in 2016 and working in a drug and alcohol rehab I saw how clients were benefiting from TRE as part of their holistic treatment from PTSD and trauma. I wanted to include this wonderful somatic practice with the many clients I came across who were struggling with anxiety and stress related problems. On completion of my training which included Advanced TRE Practice with Dr David Breceli, I worked as a TRE Provider in a number of rehabs and holistic centres in Thailand. I continue to practice to TRE myself and find it enhances my work as a therapist and provider.
