As well as being a certified TRE provider, I am also a certified Brainspotting practitioner and trained in IFS leveI 1 (Internal Family Systems) I work with all modalities in my therapy practice, focused on helping people recover and heal from the effects of Trauma and Stress in their lives and return to a balanced state of health and wellbeing.
