In my work as a therapist, I have seen so many ways the body can hold stress and trauma. So, it feels natural that we work with the body to release those experiences. I offer individual and group classes in person and online, as well as work in private practice as a licensed marriage and family therapist, specializing in trauma, grief and life transitions for women of all ages, including the prenatal and postpartum period. I have a background in Contemplative Psychology, which emphasizes meditation and mindfulness, as well as Western Clinical Psychology and find a balance between the two in my work.
