Stress Coaching I use TRE™ to help my clients deal with stress and tension. When we are stressed or challenged – it’s hard to make changes and respond in new ways. Our body is stuck in old thoughts and behaviors and we are running in auto-mode (habitual). Our body falls back to what it kws and intelligence goes out the window. Living tense is like driving with the brakes on. This can significantly reduce our well-being and limit us in our daily life. However, we seldom recognize these contractions until we experience pain, discomfort or illness. By practicing preventative techniques like TRE™, we can prevent stress and tension levels from elevating to a point of chronic illness. TRE™ uncovers these less conscious tension patterns. When contractions release the body takes on greater flexibility and resilience.
